The duck processing is done completely domestically and hygienically: slaughtered in a halal manner according to Shariah. Dressed in hot water, small feathers are cleaned, turmeric is applied, and it is singed over fire. It is cut into a family size suitable for the family. Feathers, intestines, and inedible parts are discarded.
